Paramedics were called to the actor’s home in Sherman Oaks, Calif., on Wednesday at 9:40 a.m. to treat someone suffering a stroke.

On Thursday afternoon, TMZ reported that a Perry family source said the star had been put in a  medically induced coma. However, Perry’s rep said that is untrue and that the actor is currently “under observation.”
