In the Altus Fieldhouse ((pictured above), the Boomer boys had one of their toughest test so far this year. They got off to a slow start, trailing the Bulldogs 7-0 and 9-2. They slowly worked their way back into the game and lead at the half by a score of 28-23. In the second half, they pulled away and got a big road win over a tough Altus team 64-48 on Saturday.
The Boomer Girls again played a good 1st half against the Lady Bulldogs, trailing 16-12 at the midway point. The girls legs were in question in the second half and Altus was to tough at home for the Boomer Girls, pulling away in the second half and winning 49-31.
