Power Hits Z-92 Online!

The Woodward Boomers punched their ticket to the big dance on Saturday night with a win over the Anadarko Warriors 72-40.  They had to play in the area consolation game because of an overtime loss to the Bishop McGuinness Fighting Irish 57-51 on Friday night in the area championship.  We need everyone in Northwest Oklahoma to show up at Oklahoma Christian University for the 1st round of the Class 4A State Tournament Thursday, March 11th.  The tip is set for 7:00 and the opponent is no stranger to the Boomers.  The Doulgass Trojans got a taste of Woodward early on this year when they met in the first round of the Harrah Tournament.  The Boomers came up on the short end, losing by 10, but it was a close game with just minutes to go.  Join us as we broudcast the game to the Boomer fans that cant make the trip, pregame at 6:30, tip at 7:00 on Power Hitz Z-92 and z92online.com Add a comment
